Yogurt Parfait


  • Greek yogurt (175 ml has 18g of protein)
  • Mixed fruit
  • Bran buds (or granola) but bran buds high in fibre!
  • Cinnamon (the greek yogurt is not sweet so need something for a little more flavour).


  1. In a large glass, layer 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup granola or Bran buds and fruit.
  2. Repeat layers.
