For years I had not been on a scale, until I decided that I need to lose some weight to feel a bit better with myself. And then I realised that I didn't have the discipline or the knowledge to best change my eating and overall lifestyle habits to achieve my goal of losing approx. 10kgs. This is when I reached out to Susan. Susan has been absolutely brilliant in helping me achieve my goal. I love her approach, because it allows me to eat (almost) what I like with no guilt. There is no right or wrong. It is a diet adjusted to my needs and habits. Her tips and advice have been so useful in understanding what works and have motivated me back to exercising!! Finally, I am very grateful because Susan understands the unpredictable schedule of my job and shows flexibility when required to reschedule our appointments to fit my last minute changes. Thank you Susan!

Thank you so much for all your help, I looked at a photo taken of me just before coming to see you last year and comparing it to photo's taken on this holiday I look like a completely different woman, certainly a happier and healthier one and I couldn't have done it without you.
